Yes. The software you need depends on the product you're purchasing. Each product page lists its software requirements and compatibility. For example, Lightroom Presets require Adobe Lightroom, while Capture One Styles require Capture One.
Yes. Mastin Labs presets are designed for RAW images to accurately emulate film. Since JPEG files are already processed in-camera, the results will not be accurate after applying the presets.
